Concord/ROFDA agreement
Certco has signed a new contract with Concord EFS and ROFDA for reduced credit, debit, and EBT transaction fees for retailers.
This new fee schedule will extend into 2nd quarter of 2009.
The transaction swipe fees have been reduced substantially. The fees paid depend on method of communication to Concord. High speed communications; DSL internet, frame relay, and satellite will receive the best rate. Dial up fees will be greater.
Any existing customer, either Concord direct or Concord/NGA can switch to this new program immediately. Certco will contact all of it’s customers to discuss the new contract.
Another benefit of this program is the ability to access the Web for settlement totals, statements, historical and detail reporting, etc… with Concord EFS “ClientLine” software. This service is “FREE” to Concord/ROFDA customers.

Certco online Order Guide
The Certco order guide is now on-line! Customers can now retrieve information on warehouse items by accessing Member’s Forum. A Username and Password is required.
Customers can search by: Item code, UPC, and description. The ability to search by Commodity Code Description is being developed now.
The on-line order guide is updated daily. New price and costs are updated for following week on Thursday night. When reviewing item information on Friday morning – the on-line guide will reflect new price and cost.
